  Election for state assembly is to be held on 4th Nov.The Principal being head of the institution has been appointed as Presiding Officer whereas BPEO who are not even on a par with Principal by virtue of statua has been appointed a Sector Officer.This type of discharge of duty is not inconsistent with official hierarchy.Beside this head of the institution should not be assigned such type of duties as this results in keeping away the the head from the institution.This matter should be taken up for cognigance as to head of the institution in be necessary should be assigned the duty to be in conformity to the status or he should be exempted from such type of duty which may cause hassle in day to day mechanism.
• Association of Principals and Inspection Officers must take up the issue of poll duties and in future head of the institution should either be exempted or given duties in consistent with their status.It should be taken for reckoning by the high echelons of the department.
